Toka HG High Gloss Process & General Colour Serics :
Definition : The HG (High Gloss) 110 series ofter high quality printing application on all sort of coated/non-coated papers, boards, cartons, art cards, stickers, etc.

Use : On single or multi-color printing presses at any speed level; compatible with both conventional & alcohol dampening system, ink fountaining pre-setting device etc.
HG 110 series recommended for glossy art papers/Cards coated duplex boards, etc. where HG 120 series is suggested for matt papers, white print and normal duplex boards, etc

Characteristics /Advantages :

Form : Medium Flow, low Tackness; Drying Time in Ink Fountain -3 hours to 4 hours at 30c.

© Less Toning occurs even in case of little quantity of dampening  solution to plates and less emulsification phenomenon occurs in case of much quantity of dampening solution.

© So called Blanket Release never happens and in case of non -coated paper prining Picking phenomenon hardly happens.

© Better Levelling makes reproductibility of image shaper more dependable and gives better result of inks setting and drying.
Advice for usage of TOKA HG series:

© No additive is required; However in case of os called picking occurs on printing because of weak paper surface, to mix 1% to 5% of OO varnish or "Compound" by weight

© In case of slow dryness to mix 1% to 2% of a certain drier by weight is recommended
